Description: This is a Libethenite specimen, about 10 cm wide, from Congo. Many fine small Libethenite crystals covered on the surface of the matrix, and a lot of dark green crystals show glassy luster, sharp crystal edges, Orthorhombic crystal system. This mineral was named in 1823 from a place name in Europe.
