Return:
If you received any minerals not be satisfied, or if it was damaged in transit, please take the following steps:
1. please contact us within 48 hours of receipt of your package.
2. if a specimen is damaged in transit, please provide photos.
3. the specimens must be returned with all labels.
4. the specimens must be returned in original condition.
5. we will give full amount refunds as soon as we got the return specimens.
