Quartz, Dolomite, Calcite

Locality: Jinkouhe District, Leshan, Sichuan, China.

This is the Quartz specimen, wide around 15cm, from Sichuan, China. There is a layer of white materials, looks like the cream, very interesting. We analyzed it, inside of white material is Dolomite, shiny surface is Calcite. One largest Quartz on the center area, most outstanding! The Quartz on the left area of this specimen, be covered by iron oxide, show pale brown color, right area looks like be covered by white cream, very interesting and beautiful Quartz specimen!
