This is the Pyrite and Goethite combo specimen, from HuBei, China, about 15.5cm height. Shiny golden color Pyrite aggregates, on the matrix which be composed of small gray quartz and white calcite, gray quartz be covered by many black Goethite. Strong metallic luster Pyrite has strong contrast with the dark matrix! Pyrite is the mineral contain elements: Fe and S, and the Goethite is the mineral contain elements: Fe, O, H, this is the very beautiful combo Iron mineral specimen!
