This is the fluorite specimen, wide around 9.6cm, from Shangbao mine, China, this is the world famous important mineral specimen locality, the mineral specimen from this locality be more liked by worldwide mineral lovers. But this mine was closed around 1992, was built into the Shangbao Crystal Mine Park around 2009. It is not easy to get a high-quality mineral specimen in Shangbao. For this specimen, the fluorite crystal is wide around 4.2cm, with bright luster, almost transparent all around, fluorite formed in stepped shape, most areas inside are pale green color, and Fluorite crystals have very deep blue colors on some crystal faces and edges, outstanding on the pale-yellow calcite, also associated with some dolomite and quartz on matrix, strong color contrast, very beautiful!
