Scheelite

Locality: Yaogangxian Mine, Yaogangxian W-Sn ore field, Yizhang Co., Chenzhou, Hunan, China.

This is the Scheelite specimen, from Yaogangxian mine, China, wide around 6.4cm. Scheelite will glow bright blue under UV shortwave. This Scheelite crystal has obvious geometric shape, bright luster, some area of crystal is translucent. Some area is pale black color, some area is pale brown color, also associated with few Chalcopyrite, Quartz, Calcite. Rare large size Scheelite crystal from this locality!
