This is the Spessartine and smoky Quartz combo specimen, from Fujian, China, wide around 20cm, this specimen is the small geode which composed of Spessartine, smoky Quartz, Microcline. Spessartine has bright luster, almost all transparent, bigger Spessartine crystals are deep brownish red, many smaller Spessartine crystals are orange color, some parts of Spessartine be covered inside of smoky Quartz, also some obvious Microcline crystals be covered by Spessartine. Because smoky Quartz, bigger Spessartine crystals, smaller Spessartine crystals have different colors and size, which make they are obvious and outstanding on the matrix! Classic finds from this locality! Rare high-quality piece!
